Motley Zoo Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless, neglected, and abused animals- primarily dogs and cats- while advocating for their well-being through education and outreach. Founded in 2009, we’ve rescued and rehomed over 5,000 animals and pioneered innovative programs like our rock-themed animal naming and backstage band meet-and-greets (now emulated by many organizations/ bands worldwide!). We operate a unique boarding and training facility that helps support our mission to ensure both rescue and community pets thrive. Our volunteer-driven model empowers everyday people to become heroes for animals, turning compassion into action. Motley Zoo is more than a rescue- it’s a movement where animals and humans both get a second chance to rock!
